Tattoo Terms and Conditions

Booking Fees - A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee can be transferred to two alternative appointment dates, however if you need to reschedule a third time, your artist will need to take another booking fee. This fee covers the time spent on communication, quoting, and design.

Drug and Alcohol Policy - Clients arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be turned away and forfeit their booking fee. Please refrain from consuming drugs or alcohol for 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Age and ID Requirements - To get a tattoo in the UK, you must be 18 years or older, regardless of parental consent. Please provide a valid photo ID at your appointment. Failure to provide ID may result in appointment rescheduling and an additional booking fee.

Quote Validity - Price quotes are valid for six months. Please be aware that if you leave your quote for over this amount of time the pricing might change.

Design and Changes - The initial design is included in the price. Additional changes may incur extra fees. To avoid this, please provide clear descriptions and reference images to avoid this. Our artists create custom designs and do not replicate existing tattoos.

Ink and Allergies - All inks used are vegan and cruelty-free. Please be aware there may be differences between the design and the application to skin, specifically on darker skin tones and skin affected by scarring. Our artists use latex-free nitrile gloves and natural products. Please be aware however that there is no way of identifying if you are allergic to the ingredients of the ink that will be used for your tattoo.

Medication and Medical Conditions - Certain medications, such as antibiotics, may affect the tattooing process and healing. Please inform us of any medication or medical conditions, including HIV or hepatitis, before your appointment.

​Late Arrival Policy - 15 Minutes Late: A late fee will be charged for appointments that are 15 minutes late without prior notification.  Appointments that are 30 minutes late without prior notification will be forfeited, and the booking fee will not be refunded. Rescheduling will require a new booking fee.
